If you already have a USB Interface cable and license, and wish to have us tune your vehicle, this is the first step. After you place the order for the Juke Tune, you'll need to email info@2j-racing.com and provide your order number (this will be supplied to you once checkout is completed). Our E-Tuner will look at the information you provided and start the process with you. Your Juke Tune will be created using datalogs that you provide and the E-Tuner will be available to help you along the way. There will be a maximum of 3 updates to the initial tune before it's considered completed. Please allow 2-3 days for a response from the E-Tuner, he provides tunes in the order they were received.

You have 1 year from the date of purchase to redeem your tune. Juke Tunes are non-transferable and non-refundable if you made contact with our E-Tuner and received any files from him.
