The height of the rear roll center is critical to handling. When you remove the OEM Link on the Nissan Twist Beam suspension and add a panhard bar the rear roll center drops. A lowered rear roll center promotes side bite at the rear which tends to tighten corner handling.

The B14/ B15/ Maxima are plagued with a very high rear roll center via the OEM Scott Russell Link. This translates into overloading the front outside tire in cornering, which causes the front tire to loose grip, push out and eventually overcook. We have solved this problem by removing the Scott Russell Link and effectively lowered the roll rear center with our panhard hard. Made from aluminum and steel.
