Mishimoto 13+ Ford Focus ST Thermostatic Oil Cooler Kit Fits all Focus ST (all years) Turbocharged, high stress 4 cylinder engines like the 2.0L EcoBoost engine in the Focus ST can overheat their oil very quickly within a few laps on the track or aggressive street driving. Even with the stock liquid-liquid head exchanger, the engine can still run very hot and run the risk of overheating the engine's coolant as well. Aggressive tunes and some track miles can significantly overheat your oil wear down your engine. Leave it to Mishimoto to come up with an oil cooling solution to your Focus ST! The Mishimoto engineers started with a large 19-row oil cooler and mounted it in the front of the vehicle where it receives the most airflow. The oil cooler was mounted on the passenger side as to not interfere with some aftermarket air intake systems. Application specific braided stainless steel lines transfer the oil from the cooler to the engine and feature -10AN fittings for an easy installation. Mishimoto engineers saw consistent temperature decreases of over 30 F (16.7 C) using our non-thermostatic sandwich plate. Mishimoto 2013-Current Ford Focus ST Gold Intercooler w/ Polished Pipes
$1,030.95It's time to make your cool off your hot-hatch with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit for the 2013+ Ford Focus ST. Ford released their 2.0T EcoBoost powered Focus boasting the perfect combination of performance and practicality, however the intercooling system left something to be desired. While the piping did feature sections of aluminum, the restrictive diameter, not to mention the turbo muffler put a damper on the Focus ST?s performance potential. We?ve replaced the hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum, both ditching the muffler and also opening up the diameter to allow a 26% better flow through the hot-side. All of the degradation-prone rubber has also been swapped for wire-reinforced silicone ensuring a long lasting connection on the hot-side, but also a soother flow through the cold-side pipe. Together the Focus ST Intercooler Pipe kit grants a 21% increase in flow to and from the intercooler.
