Through continuous testing 2JR has improved the already dominate Medusa header with performance upgrades. Port changes to Oval Head Port Matched Flanges for a perfect seal - Longer runners by 4" over the V1 Medusa produce a higher mid-high rpm HP performance. And stepped runner design from 1.7" to 1.9" from the Spyder header help improve scavenging and broaden the torque curve.

The V2 Medusa is UEL (unequal length) and provides a "boxer-like" rumble at idle and under throttle. Comes with Billet Steel Alternator Clearance Bracket. You will need one slim fan (included) to run this header because of its size and runner design. It will bolt to the OEM midpipe or the 2JR 2.5 or 3" midpipe. You can remove the fan and ACB option and save an additional $74! Make sure you have these parts already.


To install the fan - the factory clip has 4 wires, the top two are position (looking at where the clip is) and the bottom two are neg. Connect the blue fan wire to the top two + pos wires and the black 2J fan wire to the bottom two - wires.

Fits all 02-06 Sentras and Altimas - qr25de only.
