    As with all intercooler hard-pipe kits, the stock plastic pipes to and from the intercooler are replaced with solid pipes to eliminate distortion under boost. But the devil is in the details, and that is where similarities end. The 2JR V1 MR16DDT Hard-Pipe Kit for the 2011-2014 Juke and RS consists of mandrel pipes made from aluminum tubing on both the cold side and hot side of the intercooler. Not only are these more durable and look incredible, but the piping size is increased over stock and there is no flex under heavy boost loads. Includes all couplers and clamps for a proper install on an OEM intercooler. Piping is available in polished, wrinkle red or black. NOTE: Powdercoating may add 2 weeks to delivery time.     Sentra SR/Nismo/Juke Cold Air Intake - 2JR V1 Juke Intake - can be purchased as either an SRI (short ram intake) or CAI (full cold air intake) whereas the filter resides in the the space b/w the chassis and driver fender. The 2JR CAI can be converted to a Short Ram in minutes for the winter/weather issues. You can also add the K&N Filter sock to keep your filter clean and dry. Additionally - our intake does not require the adapter pipe to the turbo - its already part of the SRI! No additional piping required. For the CAI, our intake relocates the filter outside of the engine compartment to deliver cool air inlet temperatures. Cooler air carries more oxygen, which translates into a more intense explosion in the combustion chamber to create more horsepower and torque. But that's only part of the power equation. Tuning the inlet pipe in length and diameter to match the engine's resonance helps move more air to the cylinders (think of your engine as a big air pump), and this tuning allows us to deliver large power gains. We also monitor fuel trim correction factors and all OBDII sensors during product development to eliminate leaning the engine out and/or throwing a check engine light. The 2JR V2 MR16DDT Hard-Pipe Kit consists of mandrel pipes made from aluminum tubing on both the cold side and hot side of the intercooler. The results are hard pipes pipes from the turbo outlet to intercooler inlet and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body, without unsightly mid-pipe silicone hose couplings that can disrupt flow or potentially blow off under boost. The hot and cold pipe diameters are increased from the stock 2.5" and 2.25", enhancing flow even further. We used custom 2.6" couplers to fit over the OEM intercooler and Throttle Body so no special attachment was required. Also included are billet aluminum brackets to install the factory engine cover if you prefer. Piping is available in polished, wrinkle red or black. Typically 6-8 datalogging sessions are required to dial it in to 2JR's high tuning standards. This can take up to two weeks of working with you - so certainly your patience is always appreciated through this process. Starting with 304 stainless flanges to a 70mm stainless midsection and vibrant stainless 18" resonator. Then we incorporate a smooth tapered conical section to increase the piping size to 70mm and use a Vibrant Tail Section with slashed tip offset at an angle for an iconic look on your Juke.
