Very Mature Sounding Exhaust Review by Ivan

Installed a new exhaust on the Sentra last night. Installed is the “B15 V2 High Performance Twin Tip Catback 2.5 inch” and I also bought the optional “3 Hard Race Exhaust Hangers” since the OEM ones were worn. The exhaust sounds amazing for the price I got it at. It has a low pitch and rumble which I feel is more mature than a high pitch Honda. Around 3k rpms I get some burbles which is pretty damn cool. The welds look really clean. I can’t wait to buy the mid pipe and headers to have a full exhaust system. (Posted on 12/17/2023)

Exhaust sounds great, have it paired with the medusa header and the 2.5" midpipe. It got a tad louder after breaking it in, but still not too loud. Basically zero rasp, which is what I really wanted because these cars have a really bad habit of getting raspy when you remove the precat in the manifold, but this has none. Welds look very nice, it lined up really well, and I will probably buy another one for my other Sentra. (Posted on 4/6/2023)

I ordered the catted version of this, along with the V2 catback to replace my 3" resonated midpipe, and Medusa that was too loud for daily driving, but still awesome. The quality on these is really great. They really stepped their game up this run. The welds are stellar, and the items feel like they will last the lifetime of the car. The sound is fantastic! Aggressive, but much more quiet than the Medusa, and 3" midpipe were. The fit is tight, and there is a slight bit of rattle near a heatshield I will need to address, but overall great stuff. This is what I hoped the sound would be on the Medusa. Great job! (Posted on 12/15/2022)

When I bought my car previous owner put cheap ebay catback on it that sounded absolutely terrible and would ring your ears off. Replaced it with this and night and day difference. Has a good tone bit isn't loud and no more droning my ears off. Easy install. Highly recommend! (Posted on 3/24/2021)

Had a cheap ebay exhaust from previous owner and when I removed my eom exhaust header for a catless one it turned my car into a complete raspy fart can. I cringed driving my car. Bought this 2J exhaust after doing research on exhausts. This a perfect sporty exhaust with a deep tone. Doesn't have a loud start up or Idle but when you rip it you will hear your car. You drive slow its mild you drive fast it opens up. Only problem some people might have is if you decide to get the magnaflow resonator and your car is lowered the resonator does scrape on speed bumps and some uneven surfaces. “quietest” and best sounding exhaust I’ve heard yet, but definitely not “ultra quiet”, and there’s definitely drone even with no other mods. I’m still extremely happy with the purchase, I just maybe wouldn’t advertise that there is no drone. Only issue with install was the holes on the stock cat Wouldn’t line up with the holes in the flange on the new pipe, probably 1/8-1/4” off , had to do some plasma cutting on the existing flange, so not exactly a bolt-on, but only took an extra 5-10 min so no real biggie just thought it was worth mentioning If you plan to do it in your driveway (Posted on 1/31/2021)
