If you already have a USB Interface cable and license, and wish to have us tune your vehicle, this is the first step. After you place the order for the E-Tune, you'll need to email info@2j-racing.com and provide your order number (this will be supplied to you once checkout is completed). Our E-Tuner will look at the information you provided and start the process with you. Your E-Tune will be created using datalogs that you provide and the E-Tuner will be available to help you along the way. There will be a maximum of 3 updates to the initial tune before it's considered completed. Please allow 2-3 days for a response from the E-Tuner, he provides tunes in the order they were received.
You have 1 year from the date of purchase to redeem your tune. E-Tunes are non-transferable and non-refundable if you made contact with our E-Tuner and received any files from him.
