Theres less rev hang, and I felt a noticeable decrease in engine vibration (I got solid motor mounts).
It took a while to install the underdrive pulley, but once installed the steering did feel slightly heavier, nothing too bad.
The install for the crankshaft pulley can easily be done in less than 30min if you have a impact gun, a torque wrench, and a buddy to stomp on the brakes.
