Performance-wise, there is a real difference between this pulley and the OEM. I drive a 5-speed with a lightweight flywheel and the 2JR pulley compliments it very, very well. For a 1.8 that is not meant to be a high-performance engine, it pulled pretty hard and fast on first and second, but I was really impressed with how third gear pulled. It just became alive. I also turned on the A/C, just to see if the car bogged down, and I never noticed it activate. I could hear it, just not feel it like before. Overall, the pulley has excellent fit and finish, and it definitely does the job very well.
