I bought this stage one kit as preventative maintenance while replacing the engine, no lightened flywheel, just the clutch. The clutch is noticeably stiffer than stock, but it is so much more fun to drive with. Down shifting into corners is much quicker and easier with the short pedal travel, 20% increase in smiles per gallon. If you are between a stock clutch and this kit, go with this kit. Never been disappointed with my parts from 2j.
