Got a pair of these to bolster the stock crossmember mounts, keeps my QR solidly in place when revving and driving, no flex at all.

With these, the stock mounts basically become high quality polyurethane mounts; they sandwich the existing mount material and definitely seem like they will help keep the stock mounts in good shape but would definitely recommend you use mounts that aren't torn up in the first place for best fitment, only downside is you will notice a little more engine noise in the cab, but come on, that just makes it better.
