Got a pair of these, Joe and crew installed the crank pulley when they built the engine so I can't speak for how simple that installation would be (would imagine it'd be like installing any other crank pulley, bring a pulley puller), but installation of the power steering pump pulley was super easy, wedged a screwdriver in the existing PS pump pulley and used a breaker bar to pop off the pulley nut, then the pulley just slides right off, installation is basically the reverse.

In terms of improvement, frees up revs by removing rotating mass, allowing the engine to rev without using as much energy, the engine spins up quicker, you go faster, what's not to like? way lighter than the stock crank pulley at 1lb vs 5lbs, the power steering pulley not as much, but every little bit counts, also, they look so sexy, highly recommended, probably the cheapest and easiest mod you can do to a QR for a measurable difference.
