Turbocharged, high stress 4 cylinder engines like the 1.6L EcoBoost engine in the Fiesta ST can overheat their oil very quickly within a few laps on the track or aggressive street driving. Even with the stock liquid-to- liquid heat exchanger, the engine can still run very hot and run the risk of overheating the engine's coolant as well. Aggressive tunes and some track miles can significantly overheat your oil and wear down your engine. Leave it to Mishimoto to come up with an oil cooling solution for your Fiesta ST! Mishimoto engineers started with a large 19-row oil cooler and mounted it in the front of the vehicle where it receives the most airflow. The oil cooler was designed to bypass the stock liquid to liquid oil cooler in order to get the best possible oil temperature reduction. A new CNC center bolt and aluminum coolant bypass tube are provided to easily eliminate the stock oil cooler unit. Application specific braided stainless steel lines transfer oil from the cooler to the engine and feature -10AN fittings for an easy installation. Mishimoto engineers saw consistent temperature decreases of over 35 F (19.5 C) using our non-thermostatic sandwich plate. It's hard to win a race if you have to hit the pits after only a couple laps. Constructed of 100% aluminum and featuring a 3-row core, this Fiesta ST radiator is the ultimate in cooling efficiency. This Mishimoto Fiesta ST radiator will make sure your Fiesta is running cool, lap after lap. The radiator core measures in at a massive 52mm thick, requiring our engineers to get creative with the fitment of the fan and shroud. Unlike other Mishimoto radiators, this Fiesta ST radiator includes a Mishimoto compact fan shroud for increased airflow through the radiator. This compact fan shroud retains the use of the stock electric fans, and was stringently tested to ensure that the airflow remained intact for performance applications. 2JR does it once again with their custom built side exit for the Fiesta ST. We've built this exhaust for the best performance, sound and weight savings possible over any exhaust on the market. Made from 4mm thick 304 Stainless Steel for long life, corrosion resistance and strength in the harshest track environment. Next we've added steel encased rubber hangers that bolt to the chassis at stock location points for a perfectly tight fit centered on the sill opening - this allows for no burning of the sill. Then we use an oval stainless tail section for ground clearance over the pinch weld. For the keeping this completely street legal for sound, 2JR uses a large free flowing stainless resonator to designed to keep the exhaust tone completely tame (even with a catless downpipe) while keeping backpressure at an absolute minimum. Lastly - and most importantly, is the weight savings. Lighter than any other widely used system on the market with approx. 35% less piping and weight. Will bolt to the stock downpipe or the 2JR downpipe (or any other aftermarket production downpipe). NOTE: you will need to trim the pinch weld in a 4" section using a die grinder or similar.
