Turbocharged, high stress 4 cylinder engines like the 1.6L EcoBoost engine in the Fiesta ST can overheat their oil very quickly within a few laps on the track or aggressive street driving. Even with the stock liquid-to- liquid heat exchanger, the engine can still run very hot and run the risk of overheating the engine's coolant as well. Aggressive tunes and some track miles can significantly overheat your oil and wear down your engine. Leave it to Mishimoto to come up with an oil cooling solution for your Fiesta ST! Mishimoto engineers started with a large 19-row oil cooler and mounted it in the front of the vehicle where it receives the most airflow. The oil cooler was designed to bypass the stock liquid to liquid oil cooler in order to get the best possible oil temperature reduction. A new CNC center bolt and aluminum coolant bypass tube are provided to easily eliminate the stock oil cooler unit. Application specific braided stainless steel lines transfer oil from the cooler to the engine and feature -10AN fittings for an easy installation. 2JR does it once again with their custom built side exit for the Fiesta ST. We've built this exhaust for the best performance, sound and weight savings possible over any exhaust on the market. Made from 4mm thick 304 Stainless Steel for long life, corrosion resistance and strength in the harshest track environment. Next we've added steel encased rubber hangers that bolt to the chassis at stock location points for a perfectly tight fit centered on the sill opening - this allows for no burning of the sill. Then we use an oval stainless tail section for ground clearance over the pinch weld. For the keeping this completely street legal for sound, 2JR uses a large free flowing stainless resonator to designed to keep the exhaust tone completely tame (even with a catless downpipe) while keeping backpressure at an absolute minimum. Lastly - and most importantly, is the weight savings. Lighter than any other widely used system on the market with approx. 35% less piping and weight. Will bolt to the stock downpipe or the 2JR downpipe (or any other aftermarket production downpipe). NOTE: you will need to trim the pinch weld in a 4" section using a die grinder or similar. 2JR introduces the world's first and only cowl induction intake for your Fiesta ST. All other intakes place the air filter behind the stock fans to pull in heat directly into the engine (after being heated again by the compression of the turbo). 2JR places the filter inside the cowl, where it only receives cold air from beneath the windshield. NOTE - recommended for racing purposes as this intake IS LOUD. Extremely loud inside the car. You may use it on the street, but you will be listening to induction noise whenever you step on the gas. To us tho, it sounds amazing. The production intake will be one continuous pipe - without the pie cuts

Install time - 2 hours. A tune is not required.

With our 2JR race downpipe, cowl intake and 3" exhaust and tune - we put down 288wtq, consistently, run after run.
